Dear Jacksons Dry Cleaner’s Customers,

In light of the global COVID-19 situation, we want to reassure our customers of the measures we are taking as a company.

• All garments are cleaned exclusively at our facility (no outsourcing)

• Wash & Fold service:
  • We do not mix your clothes with other customers’ when sent for Wash & Fold. Each order is washed in separate small washing machines which are disinfected after every load.
  • We will wash all items at 65 degrees where possible for a minimum of 10 minutes excluding mixing time. Where it is not possible to wash items at such a high temperature we will place garments into a 72 hour holding buffer before cleaning. This pipeline will allow the degradation of any Covid-19 over time.

• Clean & Press or Press Only service:
  • After cleaning, the clothes are steam pressed at temperatures between 120℃-150℃, double the temperature required to kill flus and viruses (75℃).

• Our facility staff wear gloves  & mask at all times in the facility.
• Each station is equipped with hand sanitisers & disinfectants, and sanitised after every order.

Since the global developments around COVID-19, we have added extra measures to further minimize any risks:

• All drivers are equipped with masks and hand sanitisers at all times.
• External and non-essential visitors are not allowed to enter our facility.

In addition, we now offer a no contact pick up & delivery which means no contact between you and our drivers. We encourage you to consider this feature when placing an order.
